  • How long do your balloons last?

    All balloons used by Sabina’s ExtraordinAir are professionally treated and prepared to maximize longevity. Under normal indoor conditions, our designs typically last significantly longer than flowers. However, longevity is not guaranteed, as balloon life is affected by environmental conditions including temperature, humidity, sunlight, handling, and air quality.

    For commercial installations, we offer enhanced treatment options intended to extend display life, which may last up to approximately 1–2 months under favorable indoor conditions. Actual results may vary, and Sabina’s ExtraordinAir makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding exact duration.

  • What happens if I need last-minute adjustments to the décor?

    For event décor (as opposed to gift deliverables), we strive to complete installation prior to or upon your arrival and will review the setup with you for acceptance.

    We will make reasonable, on-site adjustments when possible; however, all changes are subject to:

    • Available time
    • Available materials
    • On-site conditions
    • Scope of the original agreement

    Sabina’s ExtraordinAir cannot guarantee the availability of additional inventory, labor, or time for last-minute changes. Any changes beyond the original scope may result in additional charges.

  • How far in advance do I need to place an order?

    We require a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice to finalize your invoice and secure your event date with a deposit.

    This timeframe allows us to:

    • Order specialized materials
    • Coordinate vendor deliveries
    • Manage quality control and contingencies

    Orders placed with less notice are accepted at our discretion and may be subject to:

    • Rush fees
    • Limited design options
    • Material availability constraints

    Your date is not considered reserved until a deposit is received.

  •  How do I know when my gift or installation is delivered?

    We believe in full transparency and maintain real-time communication with our clients via text or phone during the delivery process.

    You will receive:

    • Confirmation when we are en route
    • Confirmation upon delivery and/or completion of setup

    In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to weather, traffic, building access issues, or venue restrictions), we will notify you as soon as possible and will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the situation. However, Sabina’s ExtraordinAir cannot be held liable for delays or issues caused by such external factors.

  • Can you do outdoor balloon arches?

    Yes, our custom balloon arches are designed for both indoor and outdoor use with durable framing and weather-safe options in classic, spiral, or organic styles.
  • Do you offer corporate branding services?

    Yes, we specialize in corporate balloon décor with brand colors and company logos. We serve businesses throughout Staten Island, Manhattan, and Jersey City with professional installations.
  • How do ceiling installations work?

    We create stunning ceiling balloon treatments using secure rigging methods for safety. Designs include cascading clusters and ombré effects, custom-measured to fit venue dimensions.

    Yes, we design décor for Christmas, Halloween, Valentine's Day, and New Year's Eve with themed arches, garlands, and centerpieces using premium color-matched materials.
  • Do balloons arrive photo-ready?

    Yes, we use protective packaging to ensure balloons arrive vibrant, full, and photo-ready. Our premium balloons maintain structure and color throughout your event.
  • Can you get free design mockups?

    Yes, you can request a free design mockup for balloon arches. We create hand-built, color-coordinated designs that can be paired with signage or lights.
